Hello! We rent out a large, nice house in central Ursviken. Our tenant is a family of 4-6 people or 4 grownups. Housing type: Villa Rental period: from the 1 January 2026 to 1 July 2026. Location: Brodrahemsgatan, Ursviken Property Overview: The house is fully furnished, spacious, and tidy. It features 6 rooms and a kitchen, two bathrooms (with bathtub, shower, and jacuzzi), a small home gym, a home office, a home cinema with projector, climbing frames for children, a walk-in closet, a garage, etc. Indoor Features: • Rooms & Storage: Many wardrobes, storage rooms, a pantry, a spacious laundry room, and a drying room. • Furniture & Amenities: All important furniture, including office furniture, a travel crib for children with mattress, an extra bed, an inflatable mattress, a massage chair, a jacuzzi, TV, electric piano, and fireplace. • Appliances & Tools: Washer/dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, lights, extension cords, grass-cutter, trimmer, shovel, and a snow thrower. • Kitchen & Household Items: • The house has all necessary kitchen utensils, tools, and cookware, including: • Cutlery & Tableware: Cutlery (spoons, forks, butter knives, knives), plates, salad/serving bowls, soup bowls, crockery, glasses, mugs, wine glasses, coffee cups, and teacups. • Cookware & Tools: Pots and pans, a baking sheet, kitchen scissors. • Appliances: Coffee machine, microwave oven, kettle, food processors, mixers, a hand mixer, steam cooker, waffle iron, toaster, freezer, and refrig. This is a base rent, and utilities (electricity, heating, water, etc.) are paid separately by the tenant. As a reference, utility costs typically average around 2,800 SEK per month in summer and can rise to approximately 5,000 SEK per month in winter.
