A large and cosy home with a good sized garden and two-car heated garage in the center of Kåge. 10 minute drive to Solbacken, 15 minute drive to Skellefteå. The ground floor has a spacious entranceway and hallway leading to the kitchen/dining room, bathroom and large lounge. The lounge is light during the most of the day, with French doors leading to a patio. The kitchen/dining room is modern with plenty of storage space. Dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, induction stove, microwave and oven are all included. Access to the laundry room through the kitchen, complete with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Individually controlled underfloor heating across the entire floor. Underneath the stairs is a small matkällare (food cellar). The first floor has a large, light master bedroom with plenty of storage space. The second room is currently an office with a sofa-bed but it can be converted into a bedroom if needed. The third room is another bedroom. The hallway on the first floor leads out to a balcony that gets sun in the second half of the day. The garden is well maintained, with apple trees, raspberry bushes and strawberry bushes (if they survive the winter!). A small shed with electricity can be storage or made into a hobby room of sorts. The garage is large enough for two cars and is heated in the winter. A second room in the garage provides extra storage space. Internet, water and kommun taxes included in the rent. I am not certain yet what the average monthly cost of electricity is over the winter so that is not yet included, but we can discuss options.
