Also areas to grow things outside the house (by eg buying own ”odlingslådor) are available. Water included in the rent. Electricity excluded. Good references required. Deposit. 3000 SEK cleaning fee (to be prepaid) For your info: We have another house on the property newly renovated and for rent the full year and long term starting from 3/5. Västerbottensgård på vacker plats vid sjö och skog i Önnesmark finnes. Uthyres gärna på lång tid till skötsamt par/familj som söker sommarhus/fritidshus. Nydragen el, vatten, toalett mm.
