Hej! Jag vill hyra ut mitt hus på Frostgränd 44 i Skellefteå. Huset ligger i ett mycket lugnt och trevligt område med fantastiska grannar. Det är perfekt för familjer med barn i alla åldrar – skolor finns nära och området är tryggt och familjevänligt. På andra sidan gatan finns ett vårdhem, vilket bidrar till en lugn och trygg atmosfär. Huset är mycket välisolerat, vilket gör det varmt på vintern och svalt på sommaren. Parkeringsplatsen framför huset har dessutom möjlighet att ladda elbil. På bara 10 minuter med cykel når du kan gå till Lyten/Northvolt och handelsområdet med MAXI ICA, och småbutiker finns bara några minuter bort. Huset består av: Bottenvåning: Entré, stort öppet kök, rymligt vardagsrum, ett rum med separat toalett, tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och två torktumlare samt förvaringsutrymme. Övervåning: Tre sovrum, ett rum som kan användas som kontor, och ett badrum med toalett, dusch, badkar och handfat. Det finns även en balkong. Utomhus: En uteplats på baksidan med en delvis täckt sektion (nästan helt demonterbar), samt en trädgård som omger huset. Extra: Ett separat förråd, och ett ut garage och ett garage. Huset hyrs ut omöblerat, förutom att köket, tvättstugan och badrummet är fullt utrustade. Hi! I’m looking to rent out my house at Frostgränd 44 in Skellefteå for several months, possibly longer. The house is located in a very peaceful and pleasant neighborhood with amazing neighbors. It’s perfect for families with children of all ages — schools are nearby, and the area is safe and family-friendly. Across the street, there’s a care home, which adds to the calm and secure atmosphere. The house is very well insulated, keeping it warm in winter and cool in summer. The parking space in front of the house also allows for electric car charging. Within 10 minutes by bike, you can reach Lyten/Northvolt or to the shopping area with MAXI ICA, and there are small convenience stores just a few minutes away. The house includes: Ground floor: Entrance, large open kitchen, spacious living room, a room with separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine and two dryers, and storage space. First floor: Three bedrooms, one room that can serve as an office, and a bathroom with toilet, shower, bathtub, and sink. There’s also a balcony. Outdoor area: A patio at the back with a partially covered section (almost fully removable), plus a garden surrounding the house. Extras: A separate workshop, an outdoor garage and a garage. The house is rented unfurnished, except that the kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom are fully equipped. The tenant is responsible for paying electricity, water, internet, and the property tax (billed twice per year, less than 11000 SEK/year).
